This directory contains the working materials created during the December 2025 compliance analysis of the Syncopate Transparency Hub against the NZ Public Service Generative AI Guidance.
Purpose
The analysis evaluated how the AI-assisted work documented across this Hub aligns with the five OECD-aligned principles in the government's AI guidance.

Analysis Outputs
The analysis outputs are located in the parent directory:

Process
The analysis was conducted by:
- Querying the
generative-ai-guidance-gcdoMCP server (1,393 nodes across 23 guidance documents) - Reviewing all transparency materials in the Hub
- Mapping Hub practices against specific guidance requirements with DocRef citations
- Incorporating additional governance context from the accountable official
